Rap is boring right now. All the older rappers are bored with it, all the younger rappers suck, and all the decent rappers can’t get shit out on the shelves.

Anyway, good post, Greens. I loved the song titles. I don’t plan on watching one little second of the new white rapper show, but I’ll read anything you have to write regarding it.

Damn. Personal shots at me, that’s ok. I did listen to the album. It was a nice unsuccessful commercial joint, and yes, do-do.

As for my well deserved shots at the south, it was/is directed at the new southern/post Outcast artists (most of which seem to originate out of the ATL, sorry). Lets face it, while there’ve been some good music to come out of the “new” south, most of it has been garbage. And the East and West coasts’ lack of originality (coupled with industry folks gives deals to their friends instead of talented artists) created fertile ground for the garbage music we have today.

I didn’t disagree with you about “DMX’s first album, Eve’s first album, Jay’s The dynasty album”, does my silent acceptance of those albums also relect my “ignorance”?

What up FF…

I still enjoy many rap artists that are unknowns on the underground for the most part because they have nothing but their music, so they still respect the artform to a degree. As u know rap music is making folks money now, so of course everybody wants to do it. I remember about 15 or so years ago when rap wasn’t even considered real music by white America. Now, they’re on our short & curlies about it now…

Personally, I hate reality tv MORE than I hate seeing somebody vomit, and I dislike MC “theevin’ ass” Serch even more. Unbeknownst to many outsiders, Serch used to host a radio morning show here in the D a few years back. To make a long story short he was found guilty of stealing money from the radio station and from the city to fund his cheesy record label. We welcomed him into our city and then he steals from us…ole’ fucker…LOL!

Needless to say that I will most definitely NOT be watching his “nobodyreallycaresaboutthisshit” reality TV show!
